About 314 Nautica, Mossel Bay

Nautica is situated opposite De Bakke chalets with its main entrance in Whale Street.  The premises has perimeter palisades with security access at the main gate. Our receptionist is available Monday to Friday and our Building Supervisor available for emergencies.  A communal swimming pool can be found on the ground floor and is available to all residing at Nautica.

314 Nautica is a self catering, one bedroom apartment.  Our lock-up garage is available as well as a open parking bay.  The apartment has a small but cosy balcony with a gas braai and comfortable outdoor furniture. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with ensuite bathroom.
